I've had the pleasure of dealing with Nikola since 2013. We first communicated when I was having problems with our blog site that the people who designed it could not fix. His solution was simple & cost effective. I stayed in touch by e-mail & Skype over the years & always found his insights & input to be very practical. So much so, that when we finally decided to upgrade our WP based blog 2 years ago, I didn't consider anyone else. Suffice to say his work was excellent & cost effective. His on-going support has been unflagging. What especially speaks to his professionalism are his prompt replies. I can't recall the last time I couldn't reach him & get an almost immediate reply. Came across Tribu on YouTube and was really excited to reach out so much so that I immediately went to their website to submit my contact information. Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. I greeted him with enthusiasm and compliments about their marketing and in return I expected genuine questions on what I was needing. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience. Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. Looking forward to seeing if Tribu is the advertising agency for my small philanthropic business. 2nd Update: Never heard back from anyone.
