  Greenmouse Technology has displayed some of the worst behavior I’ve seen from a supposed tech company. A developer I know gave them his best, completed his notice period with professionalism, and instead of honoring their part of the agreement, they chose to ghost him. No responses, no payment, blocked his number, ignored every attempt at contact — and to top it all off, they instructed security not to let him into the premises. This isn’t just unprofessional, it’s disgraceful. No serious business should operate like this. Stay far away.

A developer I know served his notice period professionally and fulfilled all responsibilities, only to be completely ignored afterward. They refused to pay what was rightfully his, blocked his number, avoided all calls, and even instructed security not to let him into the office. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional — it’s unethical. No one should be treated this way. If you value fairness and respect in the workplace, I strongly advise staying far away from this company
