Web Development Review from Michael Arnaldo
We have worked with Bureau of Small Projects as our primary WordPress engineering partner for over three years. They have consistently delivered on technically demanding projects and have been a reliable resource for both development work and ongoing site maintenance. What distinguishes them is the combination of technical capability and operational professionalism. Communication is structured and consistent, scoping is accurate, and the team responds quickly when issues come up. For organizations that need a dependable agency for sophisticated WordPress work, Bureau of Small Projects comes with our strong recommendation.

Web Development Review from Whit Garling, PMP
We needed a development partner that was highly capable, willing to work through ambiguity, and could handle the pressure of a fast-paced project with a large scope and extremely complicated stakeholder landscape.BSP delivered on all counts. We could not have asked for a better partner. They truly felt like an extension of our team when things got intense. Always quick to respond to fires, problem solve and offer options, and maintain poise at all times. 10/10 experience!Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a world class development partner!

RGray Reviews & Testimonials

Startup Review from Helen Guzenko
Wezom is an enterprise software development company with more than 275 specialists. We brought RGray in for startup marketing and growth marketing for a FinTech SaaS platform we had built for a client, an early stage startup with a finished product and almost no market presence. RGray started with their startup marketing foundation: market and competitor research, positioning and messaging, and a growth strategy built on three prioritized hypotheses, each with its own funnel and success metrics. They then implemented the channels: SEO, GEO for visibility inside AI search and AI assistants, PR and digital media, and paid user acquisition to test the funnels fast. Analytics and attribution were in place from the start. They also built AI into the daily marketing work: a custom multi agent system using Claude, Grok, Perplexity and Gemini for research, content production and localization, handed over with workflows, prompts and checklists. Two of the three hypotheses proved out, so we elaborated those two and their funnels. CAC started at $31 and fell to $16 by the end of the test campaign, below the industry average. The campaign brought around 2,500 activated users, which boosted revenue and gave us real data for funnel, user and product analysis. The client finished with a working acquisition system and the documentation to run it, not a set of campaigns. Project management was on time and on budget: weekly calls, a shared board with owners and deadlines, monthly reporting against the strategy metrics, same day answers. When our client's roadmap moved, they resequenced the plan in days. Most impressive: they think like product owners, not like a service agency, and they challenged our ICP and pricing assumptions correctly. One improvement: the early reports were denser than we needed, and they added an executive summary once we asked.
Helen Guzenko's Review Sourced from Google
RGray is a fantastic team to work with. They really understand their clients’ customers and always come up with creative, effective solutions. Thanks to their work, we improved our SEO rankings, attracted new users, and achieved 2x growth. Highly recommend them!

SoftDoes Reviews & Testimonials
Yuliia Ten's Review Sourced from Google
I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt. The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most. One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release. What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.
Ryder Mackey's Review Sourced from Google
My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered. One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software. My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes. After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.
Kevin Parker's Review Sourced from Google
We had been running a large part of our business through spreadsheets and a mix of different tools for years. We've grown past spreadsheets now. SoftDoes built a custom platform around the way our team actually works. That's probably what we appreciated most about working with them.

Meaghan Sandtorv's Review Sourced from Google
We've worked with Ryan twice now – once several years ago after a website redesign and this past spring/summer to reassess strengths/weaknesses and look for areas of opportunities. Both times, it has been an absolute pleasure. He is incredibly knowledgeable and practical in his approach, and his insight was particularly valuable in establishing our strategy and top priorities. I also appreciated that he brought insight into current trends with AI search and how those might impact our business and rankings. After implementing his recommendations, we saw excellent improvement from in our SEO, with impressions nearly doubling while keyword positions for key search terms for our business simultaneously improved. Cannot recommend him enough as an SEO consultant – we plan to continue using him for regular 'check-ups' as we continue to grow our presence in the space!
Chris Grinnell's Review Sourced from Google
We worked with Ryan on a few SEO projects and had a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable on both a strategic and tactical level. Ryan always provided great insight and has been an extremely valuable resource to our team. I highly recommend Ryan for any SEO work you may have.
Ryan MacQuarrie's Review Sourced from Google
Ryan is the best SEO consultant I've worked with in my 10 years as a digital marketer. He really knows his stuff and shoots it straight. He's helped many of my clients over the years with his array of SEO skills. Ryan has consistently shown the ability to help grow website traffic. I would recommend him to anybody looking for an SEO partner.
