By the way, don’t trust the blue one he put me in a hole and turned the giant robot lady into a potato and I had to do more testing, but overall 10 out of 10 would recommend. I don't like leaving negative reviews but in this case I felt I had to so others don't go thru what we did with Webstix. We hired Webstix to do a complete rebuild of our e-commerce site. We provided them with examples of what we liked and didn't like. None of that seemed to matter as they designed something completely different. There were delays and design issues the entire way. What we discussed and what they designed were two different things. There were many mistakes that should not have happened, like awful customization options that were not user friendly or intuitive, it was alarming to me at one point to have the account of another one of their customers showing on our account so we could see their products and sales and not ours, and customers could not figure out how to checkout. At one point (after they launched our site) our shipping was so messed up it showed $2,000 to ship a small box across town. Our sales revenue tanked with the new design and we had to start from scratch again rebuilding our site to salvage our online sales with our own design. The owner did not reply to my emails or phone calls and I only saw him when money was due. I was so disappointed as we love supporting other local businesses but our experience with them was awful and costly.

Too bad there wasn’t a negative star review because that’s the type of experience I had. So sad that they can’t even make it right with a customer My first time experience with this company they told you what you wanted to hear. To sign up with their company offered great rates. Than gave you great rates for another offer they did but come to find out the next day with a senior analyst, they didn’t offer those services any longer for what they said for the additional but came back in the thousands of dollars for the next step up program. When I declined the offer several times. That upset the senior analyst he kept calling me Wendy when the day before I told him my name was Mondae. So several times after correcting him what my name was. He started calling me names like we were in high school putting me down left and right. His response oh I’m sorry Tuesday Wednesday. My husband told me to hang up because he was very disrespectful. So I hung up then he called me back and started calling me more names saying Friday I’m so sorry that we couldn’t make this work out for you but your company will get no where. So I hung up again then he called back again but I never answered. Then he proceeded on leaving me a text. His text read Best of LUCk Mondae😂…. I was just Joshin you.. Good luck figuring all this out. Very unprofessional. Than I we called to complain to upper management but they didn’t seem to concerned about how their employee treated me. Save your money there is company’s out there that don’t need to bad mouth other companies or lie about what they are where you should be with the platform. Because the senior analyst also told me that he would have my business up there within days unlike the other company I had for 2 months all ready going on 3 and that company should of had me on the top by now. I researched it and it does take several months to get up there. So new companies don’t believe what apex people have to tell you they are ok with their employees lying to you not only once but several times just to get your business. Totally wrong to take advantage of new smaller companies you should be ashamed of yourselves. Then when I was talking to the woman supervisor I asked to talk to his supervisor her response was I can let his supervisor know but that’s all I can do. Horrible first time experience. Very unprofessional and disrespectful all the way around.

I tried to apply for an open position here, but the application didn’t seem to go through when I hit submit. I called to check on it, they said there was no one available to help. I called the next week, they transferred me, no one picked up so I left a voicemail with all of my contact info. I waited another week and filled out the inquiry form on the website to see if someone would get back to me. Then after another week of waiting, I sent an email to the person listed on their website. Never heard anything back. Really disappointing to spend so much time on an application and then reach out four times to try and politely follow up just to be ignored.
