  Tim leads and mentors our development team to help us better manage projects. As a father of 5 awesome kids, he definitely has the patience and experience to make things happen.

  Billy helps with leading the product design team at Headway. He has a unique perspective with user journey mapping and communicating with development teams thanks to his background in game design.

  Jared isn't afraid to get things moving forward. His attention to detail and helps him gain a better understanding of project goals so he can start executing. with his design work.

  Senior Developer

  Matt is an experienced developer with a focus on mobile applications and has a passion for effective user interfaces. Fun fact, he once played guitar with a band on Jimmy Fallon.

  Designer

  Sam helps support our design team with all sorts of projects. With a graphic design background, he’s always pushing himself to become better at his craft. His old band, Depending on the Weather, even has an album on Spotify.

  Developer

  With an endless drive to learn, solve, and grow, Tommy spends his days solving problems, writing solutions, and eating too many cookies. He even runs a charity, Bigger Than the Trail, a mental health initiative creating awareness and offering help to those in need.

  Andrew is a Rails Developer that loves to help create solutions for just about anything. He is always trying to find new and better ways to help others beyond writing code. As a board member of Digital Fertilizer, he helps entrepreneurs in NE Wisconsin find the resources they need to grow.

  Noah helps provide support for the development team through his passion for learning and understanding better ways to solve problems. Not only is he super smart and helpful he's also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.

  Andrew loves sharing what he learns about code with our development team. If he wasn't doing full-stack software development, he'd be working trail crew or fighting fires to help make this world a better place. He's one cool dude.

  Jacob helps create and manage the marketing efforts of Headway and consults with clients to help them effectively market themselves. When he's not helping elevate our team, work, and clients, he enjoys writing music and hiking around the Midwest.
