The redesign of our solution was warmly welcomed by the users that were involved in its beta-testing process. We appreciate efficient communication, quick reactions to suggestions and their Agile Scrum approach to project management and definitely the portfolio and skills of the designer that was working on our project! The prepared UI hit the point. Also, the engagement and quick introduction of all changes made working on a project much more productive and less challenging.

The three major tools that our employees use daily are all connected via the same interface, which is a huge success. I also get a lot of anecdotal feedback from people about how fast and responsive the system is. Enhancements and features are being implemented very quickly, and people feel that theyre being heard by our team and Datazo. If we ask for something, then it will be delivered. They've been terrific in that respect.

Its difficult to measure success, since we had just launched the app last week. However, there are a number of people who have contacted us and were interested in having a meeting to know more. In that respect, weve achieved our main goal of calling the attention of mobile network operators and mobile money providers. Weve accomplished the level of success that we targeted for initially. Everyone was congratulating us for the UI/UX of the app and nobody came to us with any problems, which is a very good metric.

UI/UX Design Review from michelle G

The quality has been excellent. Working with Nurency has been really good. We come to them with ideas and they work through the processes. After some back and forth, they improve upon what we gave them. We dont have any quantitative data because we havent fully deployed the solution. The project management has been great as well. The person we dealt with was on top of everything. They kept up to date with timeline and budget concerns. We used some tools during the design process, but nothing was set.

UI/UX Design Review from Rohan S

We provided Nurency with our idea and vision of what we wanted to accomplish, who the users of our platform would be, what value we wanted to provide to each user, and what features we wanted to implement. After that, nurency held a series of workshops, where we put together a list of features, inputs, and outputs. Based on that, they were able to give us the flow and options for the UX, as well as what the screens would look like. Their team also engaged with our potential customers; they had interviews with them to validate our business plan, including the features and functions. They gave us feedback on the value that our customers were looking for as well. They were able to map everything out in the UI/UX using Figma.

Nurency is providing us with UI/UX design services. They're optimizing our existing solution and all its underlying constraints. The team has worked with our technical and engineering teams to ensure they understand the challenges of our backend and then interpreted what we needed for the frontend design. We started with a UX research phase where we did outreach to existing customers, and they worked to go through our existing UX to map out all the essential features that needed to be deployed.

Our experience so far has been very positive. Since collaborating with their team, our campaigns have become much more structured, optimized, and performance-driven. We are seeing consistent improvements in reach, engagement, and overall campaign performance across our social platforms. One of the most noticeable outcomes is that our Facebook and Instagram marketing efforts are performing significantly better than before. Their team pays close attention to data, audience targeting, and campaign optimization, which has helped us run more effective ads and improve overall marketing efficiency.Beyond performance, the best thing about Geeky Social is their attitude and approach to client service.
