PEX is a comprehensive property management platform enabling property managers to oversee accounting, operations, maintenance, and marketing in one place. The challenge was updating an existing portal that had significant limitations, particularly its lack of mobile responsiveness. So, they enlisted the help of Adriano Mescia Design to enhance the UI and UX without disrupting the existing structure.
A key highlight of this redesign is PEX Customer App's flexible and user-friendly bottom bar menu. It allows clients to customize two core sections for easy access alongside a menu for additional features. This modular approach enhances efficiency and usability without requiring extensive modifications to the app’s structure.
Beyond the menu, the PEX Customer App uses a neutral color palette with six adaptable colors, allowing seamless integration into third-party websites. A designated space for the client's logo in the top-right corner enables brand customization without cluttering the interface, maintaining the business’ brand across multiple platforms.
Finally, to address the initial challenge of mobile responsiveness, Adriano Mescia Design optimized the app for mobile use, ensuring seamless functionality across devices. This improved accessibility and intuitive navigation for users managing property portfolios on-the-go, significantly enhancing the UX without altering the app's core structure.
