Noelle Cooper is the co-founder and creative director of Unthink, an independent Dublin-based design studio. Since 2007, she has led award-winning work across branding, digital experiences, publishing, and environmental design for clients in the cultural, educational, and commercial sectors.

She is an active contributor to the design community as a juror, mentor, and speaker, having served on panels for D&AD, ICAD, and Kinsale Sharks. She also represented Ireland on the ADC*E Design Jury in Barcelona and is a member of the 100 Archive selection panel.

Noelle's work in design education includes teaching and guest lecturing at NCAD, IADT, and the Gengdan Academy of Design in Beijing.
