Xuan Shen is a San Francisco-based senior product designer at Traba, where she designs Neo, an AI platform for the industrial supply chain. She has more than seven years of experience designing AI products, consumer apps and enterprise software.
Before Traba, Shen worked at Extend, where she led design of the consumer post-purchase app, which grew fourfold to 12,000 monthly active users. She also co-led the Zen 2 design system across three platforms and defined the human-in-the-loop experience for the company’s first AI agent.
Her work has won Red Dot, iF Design and A’ Design awards, including an A’ Design gold. She is a core international juror for the IAI Global Design Award and has judged the Indigo Design Award, Orpetron, Top Design King and HackDavis.
