Joby print design by TinyWins.
TinyWins developed Joby Aviation’s print campaign around a clear idea: bring back the feeling of flight. By combining heritage-inspired storytelling with a forward-looking vision, the concept transforms advanced air mobility into something emotionally engaging and widely relatable.

  • Project Brief: Produce a print campaign that communicates the emotional experience of all-electric flight through bold visuals, typography, and storytelling.

Large-format print design needs to grab attention fast while still carrying a message. Joby handles this through clear hierarchy and simple composition, so you get the idea quickly without losing the emotional tone.

Monumental typography drives each composition, often taking center stage and guiding the viewer before any supporting elements are processed. The clean, geometric letterforms feel modern yet restrained, allowing scale and placement to carry the emotional weight of the message.

Color blocking reinforces this clarity while adding visual energy. Deep sky blues and vibrant oranges create strong contrast, helping the campaign stand out in outdoor environments while subtly referencing aviation, sunlight, and open skies.

Curved image masks occasionally introduce motion, softening transitions and guiding the eye as photography and color blend seamlessly across layouts.

Photography adds a human layer. Subjects appear in natural, light-filled scenes that focus on experience, making the idea of flight feel personal and within reach.
