Designed by Robert Toman, Nihozaro is a relationship-focused card game that aims to help people build stronger connections by engaging with meaningful questions about leadership, teamwork, and personal growth.

The name is inspired by the Japanese term Nihon saru, referencing Japanese macaques known for social bonding behaviors such as bathing and playing together, which closely mirrors the game’s emphasis on togetherness.

At the center of the system is the Nihozaro figure, a visual mediator that shifts its meaning depending on context, guiding conversations and adapting to each participant and situation.
