- Project Brief: Design a pop-up book series that transforms iconic fashion brands into immersive editorial experiences through paper engineering, illustration, and typography.
Fashion print works hardest when the object itself feels like the brand it covers. Fashion Unfolded turns fashion history into pop-up books, letting Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Dior rise off the page in paper.
The series identity shows real restraint. Each volume wears its house's signature color, and the raised UP in every title quietly signals the dimensional format while binding the collection together.
Paper engineering carries the storytelling. A Chanel N°5 bottle, a Lady Dior bag, and a full Louis Vuitton runway unfold as sculptural spreads, pairing each construction with typography and editorial text on the page.
The format matches the subject in a way flat print cannot. Fashion is a three-dimensional craft, and a book that opens into volume speaks the same language as the houses it documents.
