The first unique feature is its innovative use of a document image as a background. This design choice creates a three-dimensional feel. The business information is also placed directly onto this document image, integrating the text with the background — albeit more diagonal than usual — which still works in achieving the desired effect.

Secondly, the card employs a sophisticated color palette, using a black and gold hue in addition to the main muted green. The color palette draws inspiration from the coast of Zeeland, incorporating subtle references to the beach and the sea near where the company operates from. 

Finally, the Zilt business card's design extends to its physical form, with the use of high-quality materials and finish. Using premium card stock and a textured finish provides a tactile element that definitely sells the in-the-moment, cluttered-desk look that the card is going for.
