- Project Brief: Design a real estate website that reflects CoParadiso’s creative coworking culture through personality-driven storytelling and community engagement.
A coworking website usually picks between corporate clean or startup minimalism. Allan Pooley's site for CoParadiso commits to a third option: 70s tropical kitsch lifted from a Florida motel postcard.
Navigation runs simple and unhidden, with Join, About, The Space, Our Members and Contact in a pill-shaped brown bar. The footer repeats the same links alongside location and acknowledgments, so wayfinding never disappears on a long scroll.
The site routes visitors through a clear arc: workspace tiers, member testimonials, then an "Arrange a visit" prompt. By granting Our Members a dedicated top-level slot, signaling the community is the product as much as the desks.
Content sits in short blocks with minimal animation, keeping the brushy script and tropical visuals fast to scan. The real estate website design holds together because Pooley let one mood carry the brand and never let the navigation fight the atmosphere.
