A storytelling website makes its argument the moment the homepage loads, and Daily Rituals by bar.digital makes it loudly: massive rounded white type filling a hot pink background, with a group of illustrated characters living inside the letters like the workspace is already in session.
The "0% AI" positioning isn't a disclaimer, it's the brief. Every element, from the hand-lettered display type to the custom isometric illustrations to the calendar-style navigation structure, exists to demonstrate what deliberate craft looks like when it's the point rather than the process.
Navigation runs on a daily schedule logic: yoo!, morning, desktop, calendar, see you. Moving through the site mirrors moving through a workday, which makes the structure thematic rather than functional, and the scroll-based flow keeps the experience from requiring any interpretive effort from the visitor.
Built on Framer, the site stays lightweight despite its visual density. Subtle transitions maintain pacing without competing with the handcrafted aesthetic, and the responsive layout carries the same energy across screen sizes without losing the sense that someone drew all of this by hand because they wanted to.
