Project Brief: Redesign an industrial real estate website to present property information clearly, support fast decision-making, and drive qualified leads through intuitive navigation and forms.

In reviewing industrial real estate website design, I focus on hierarchy, scanability, and how confidently the site supports business goals.

The Miami Warehouse Real Estate website delivers through disciplined structure and restrained visual choices.

  • Hero & First Impression: I like the use of high-contrast typography over environmental photography in the hero. The subtle dotted overlay improves legibility without flattening the image, allowing the message to land immediately and clearly.

  • Layout & Content Rhythm: The modular service sections create a predictable, easy-to-follow flow. Alternating image and text blocks prevent monotony while maintaining order — an approach that suits a professional, information-driven audience.

  • Credibility Through Data: The metrics section uses scale and spacing instead of color to establish emphasis. Large numerals communicate experience and transaction volume quickly, building trust without sales-heavy language.

  • Lead Generation UX: I appreciate the low-friction form design. Clear labels, logical spacing, and a restrained call-to-action color help reduce hesitation at the conversion point.

  • Navigation Simplicity: The flat, minimal navigation keeps cognitive load low. By limiting top-level options, the site respects intent-driven browsing and helps users reach key sections faster.
