- Project Brief: To build a digital headquarters for one of the East Bay's busiest multifamily brokerage teams, blending the polish of an institutional investment firm with the warmth of advisors who actually pick up the phone. The site needed to attract serious investors, prove a decades-long track record, and give property owners a reason to list with someone who knows their block by name.
Mitchell Warren Team is a commercial real estate brokerage built on a simple promise: know the East Bay multifamily market better than anyone else.
Senior brokers Kent Mitchell and Tim Warren have spent years closing apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, and investment assets across Oakland, Berkeley, and the wider Bay Area, and the new website by Calico Marketing puts that history front and center.
The result reads less like a typical agent page and more like a market intelligence hub aimed squarely at buyers and sellers who treat real estate as a numbers game.
The design uses a quiet palette of olive green, deep blue, and warm grays to signal stability without feeling stuffy. Featured listings sit prominently on the homepage, paired with a recent transactions grid that lists sale prices, unit counts, and cap rates in plain sight.
Each closed deal works as proof of life, telling visitors exactly what kind of business the team handles and at what scale.
Tools were added with purpose, not decoration. A property valuation form invites owners to request a no-obligation market analysis, while clear calls to action point buyers toward off-market opportunities. Forms stay short, phone numbers are never more than a scroll away, and the path from casual visitor to qualified lead has no awkward detours.
Content sections lean hard into local expertise. Neighborhood references, market commentary, and team bios reinforce the message that this is not a faceless lead farm spitting out generic comps.
It is a tight group of advisors who actually know which Grand Lake fourplex just traded hands and why it sold above ask.
The structure was also built to grow. New listings, press mentions, team additions, and themed market reports can be added without breaking the underlying system, keeping the site sharp long after launch.
Impact and Results
- Positioned the team as East Bay multifamily specialists rather than generalist commercial agents.
- Built a lead generation engine driven by valuation requests and direct listing inquiries.
- Surfaced a transaction history that creates instant credibility with both institutional and private investors.
- Delivered a clean visual system that pairs professional polish with regional character.
- Created a scalable framework that supports new listings, expanded service areas, and additional advisors over time.
