Please do your research before having anything to do with this company. Choosing them has been one of the worst decisions of our lives. We chose them based on their largely positive Google reviews. And while Matt is certainly the ring leader, the entire company (Debbie, Annie, and Elee) consists of people who are missing morals, ethics, and any sense of societal responsibility. When Matt did our taxes we owed 20k. When I hired a third party to redo our taxes because something felt wrong, we received an 11k refund. That's nearly 100k of exaggerated income. Not to mention the fact that they owe us an additional 70k. The efforts we are going to have to make to get our money back is going to cost us an excessive amount of time, energy, and resources. But, we've worked really hard for our money and we are motivated to get it back.

I would not feel comfortable recommending this tax firm to friends or family. Several of our family members were also clients, but have since chosen to leave following recent changes in the consulting team.After our long-term consultant—whom we had worked with for over eight years—was no longer with the firm, I raised my concerns with CEO Mark Burch. Unfortunately, I found his response dismissive and lacking in consideration for our longstanding relationship with the firm. Rather than addressing our concerns, he informed us that pricing would increase across the board and suggested we explore other firms that might better suit our needs, particularly with experience in agricultural or "farm" tax matters.Our fee increased by approximately 50% compared to the previous year, which we found excessive and unjustified. Overall, the experience left us feeling undervalued and disappointed.

I was emailed a bill for almost 12 months to an email I no longer check ( I did not sign up for billing via email). They finally mailed us a bill in which we paid in full immediately upon receiving it. I also had my business taxes done at their office in which I got an actual bill mailed. Whomever we spoke to informed my spouse that we would not be responsible for paying the interest. However, almost 3 months later we receive a bill in the mail stating that we are now responsible for the interest.
