I previously worked at a company where Mike was the head of HR. Mike always had time for the staff, implemented some of the best employee-friendly policies of any company I have ever worked for. He handled with kindness and integrity difficult issues during stressful downturns and cuts the company was making. He was always very positive, knowledgeable and very supportive in addressing everyone’s concerns.A few years later, when I found myself in career transition, I reached out to InventivHR to see how he could help. He had just started offering job search assistance service and committed to do everything he could to help me and get my resume in front of as many hiring managers and recruiters as possible. Knowing he couldn’t guarantee a placement, I signed up for the service and had him redo my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. I’ve had contact with potential employers, and though none have been the right fit, I am confident that the work that Mike has done have put me in a better position to find a new role.

Used them for years , horrible cust support. When I finnaly got rid of them at the end of 2024, i also had workers comp. They never stopped charging my co. for workers comp. I called again and found out they lied and have no record of that request. but the Payroll side was canceled. How is that even possible. called again. finally they stopped deducting for workers comp. I demanded a refund , they said ok. So what they did was do an audit for 2023, and 2034 for no reason. instead of just refunding me for 5 months of charges. They billed me for audits .2023 charges for an unnecessary audit where 1181.37 , for 2024 charges were 1670.20. are you kidding me. this has to be illegal. what in the heck is going on. 28581.57 for unnecessary audits. stay very far away form this Company !!!! This is why people hate insurance company's. Such underhanded practices. My Lord...

The customer service from this company is absolutely horrible and frustrating. Every time I request information, I receive inconsistent answers, and they often seem to misunderstand my inquiries. It takes countless emails just to get my point across. Additionally, they need to recognize that Florida has speakers of different languages, and not everyone expresses themselves in the way they expect.Furthermore, it's important for them to understand that executives often have assistants handling these matters, but they frequently choose to communicate directly with the heads of the companyJust to clarify, I am sharing this review based on my personal experience, not representing my company’s perspective.
