I rarely write public reviews, but this must be said, for the sake of every property owner, of every entrepreneur, and intentional host who are building something real and who value integrity, clarity, and their time.I partnered with Extenteam based on what was promised to me during their sales calls: onboarding support, clear guidance, and a sense of partnership in growing my vacation rental business. I trusted them... but what I encountered was the complete opposite. After signing the contract and making payment, I was handed over to a process that lacked soul, clarity, or true support. The initial onboarding call was rushed, impersonal, and disconnected, despite the heavy complexity of their systems. No real listening or clarity at all. What was sold as high-level support felt more like being handed a manual and told: “Good luck.” When I raised concerns to their team, I was met not with solutions, but with an immediate termination of their services. The company canceled my contract unilaterally, without ever taking responsibility or accountability for the misalignment between their promises and their actual process.Whether you are a property owner, an entrepreneur, or a visionary, if you ever raise concerns to Extenteam, be 100% sure that they will kick you out immediately and terminate you unilaterally. They hate accountability.To future hosts considering this company: do not confuse their initial sales pitches with their real operations. Your business deserves better. Do not confuse their 5-star reviews here on Google reviews either: Sinan Inceer, the so-called Head of Tailwind Operations, is the employee who sent me the termination e-mail. Ironically, this same executive left a 5-star Google review for his own company. If that doesn’t scream “conflict of interest,” I don’t know what does. Aren’t reviews supposed to reflect real customer experiences, not internal praise from staff?

After that, the recruiter ghosted me, while prior to me giving her this information she would reach out constantly, even through text messages. Top notch communication until she got what she needed. Used them for years , horrible cust support. When I finnaly got rid of them at the end of 2024, i also had workers comp. They never stopped charging my co. for workers comp. I called again and found out they lied and have no record of that request. but the Payroll side was canceled. How is that even possible. called again. finally they stopped deducting for workers comp. I demanded a refund , they said ok. So what they did was do an audit for 2023, and 2034 for no reason. instead of just refunding me for 5 months of charges. They billed me for audits .2023 charges for an unnecessary audit where 1181.37 , for 2024 charges were 1670.20. are you kidding me. this has to be illegal. what in the heck is going on. 28581.57 for unnecessary audits. stay very far away form this Company !!!! This is why people hate insurance company's. Such underhanded practices. My Lord...

I previously worked at a company where Mike was the head of HR. Mike always had time for the staff, implemented some of the best employee-friendly policies of any company I have ever worked for. He handled with kindness and integrity difficult issues during stressful downturns and cuts the company was making. He was always very positive, knowledgeable and very supportive in addressing everyone’s concerns.A few years later, when I found myself in career transition, I reached out to InventivHR to see how he could help. He had just started offering job search assistance service and committed to do everything he could to help me and get my resume in front of as many hiring managers and recruiters as possible. Knowing he couldn’t guarantee a placement, I signed up for the service and had him redo my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. I’ve had contact with potential employers, and though none have been the right fit, I am confident that the work that Mike has done have put me in a better position to find a new role.

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
