He handled with kindness and integrity difficult issues during stressful downturns and cuts the company was making. He was always very positive, knowledgeable and very supportive in addressing everyone’s concerns.A few years later, when I found myself in career transition, I reached out to InventivHR to see how he could help. He had just started offering job search assistance service and committed to do everything he could to help me and get my resume in front of as many hiring managers and recruiters as possible. Used them for years , horrible cust support. When I finnaly got rid of them at the end of 2024, i also had workers comp. They never stopped charging my co. for workers comp. I called again and found out they lied and have no record of that request. but the Payroll side was canceled. How is that even possible. called again. finally they stopped deducting for workers comp. I demanded a refund , they said ok. So what they did was do an audit for 2023, and 2034 for no reason. instead of just refunding me for 5 months of charges. They billed me for audits .2023 charges for an unnecessary audit where 1181.37 , for 2024 charges were 1670.20. are you kidding me. this has to be illegal. what in the heck is going on. 28581.57 for unnecessary audits. stay very far away form this Company !!!! This is why people hate insurance company's. Such underhanded practices. My Lord...

The customer service from this company is absolutely horrible and frustrating. Every time I request information, I receive inconsistent answers, and they often seem to misunderstand my inquiries. It takes countless emails just to get my point across. So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

We have used them for years and they have really gone down hill. They will take your money in a heartbeat but refuse to communicate. We signed the POA and was told we would hear back and now we are receiving letters from the IRS and we can’t reach our accountant. 4 voicemails and no call backs. It’s absolutely ridiculous the lack of customer service. We are changing companies after this year because CPA solutions is nothing but a headache.

I hired them for my taxes. They filed late and failed to file an extension. I was charged a penalty. They also failed to file my quarterly payroll returns which i was penalized. I had to call multiple times to try to get this fixed. In the end they did nothing and i was left to deal with the fallout. Unreliable. Hard to reach. Failed to file necessary paperwork and failed to accept any responsiblity. I would not rely on this firm for anything.
