Our company left Tandem HR when they hiked the prices in 2024. Apparently, they do not send employers, copies of W2's for companies that have left service. I'm supposed to reach out to each employee to get a copy. Nice job, for doing the one job you had.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

We found ourselves in the hands of QBO after our previous accountant merged her practice with theirs. We didn't feel great about the process in working with them for tax prep and pursued other help after one year. Our new accountant caught a major error within minutes of scanning through our QBO filings which cost us well over $2,000 at the time.We followed up with their team to understand how an error like that could have happened. I was assured by the president that he would personally investigate; I never heard back.

Had to use Synchrony as part of a company I worked for. Very difficult interface on top of requiring multi verification every time you wanted to log in and not providing a way for users to opt out. Would not set up a way for copies of checks to be emailed so I wouldn’t have to deal with multi verification anymore.
