WOW! Working with Crema was a dream come true -- literally! Rarely have I had the opportunity to engage with a partner who so actively listens to its client's vision, considers ways address the request, then magically brings it to life with such finesse... that's exactly what Crema did. With a tight turnaround time and a very public launch, Crema created a beautiful user interface, backend database, and promotional display that activated my product and made it fun and easy to use while perfectly representing my brand. I am so grateful to Crema and will continue to seek opportunities to work with this innovative, creative, and positive group of professionals.

Every experience I've had with Crema has always been a positive one. And every employee I've met there have been incredibly nice, thoughtful, and great to talk to. They have a very cool office space in the Crossroads with great views of KC that just makes you want to hang out there! Crema seems to highly prioritize their company culture by putting on events and having a heathy work/life balance. In short, they seem to really care about people and that carries into their work, judging by how I was able to see their process for developing solutions for their clients at a workshop they held. Using the design sprint methodology, and healthy doses of design thinking, humanistic perspectives, diversity, and pragmatism, they clearly have spent a great deal of effort honing a highly efficient development strategy that makes finding creative solutions a reliable science. It gave me a lot of ideas to bring back to my own projects and meetings! I definitely recommend their design sprint workshop and can only imagine they would be a great company to have tackling your company's challenges.

The Crema office is very cool. Lots of modern touches with a great view of the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. I recently attended a Design Sprint workshop and had a great time! It was a unique experience and a great tool for solving even the most complex problems. I'm hoping to utilize it in my current role. Justin was a great facilitator and I would recommend using Crema for any Design Sprint needs or even attending the workshop yourself. It was also a great networking opportunity. Highly recommended!

Valerie took time out of her day to come directly to my mom's home and also our place of work to debrief and help with our online presence in our small dog grooming business. The value I received in the time I spent with Valerie goes far beyond what I expected and certainly beyond what I paid! She has such an easy-going and friendly demeanor but at the same time is no-nonsense and efficient and effective. We met to talk about creating trailers for my social media and she gave me respectful but tough insight into editing my website I would never have on my own. At 62, I don't have the skills I need to cover the digital landscape necessary to advance my cause. But Valerie DOES, and then some! It was only days before my very professional trailer was completed, and her communication throughout the process was remarkable. I cannot say enough!

We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon. Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support. Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.
