Design-led BI overhaul a brand-new Figma-designed dashboard that restored executive trust and cut operational costs ~65%. Reenbit handled a full BI and dashboard overhaul for MyRunway over roughly six months of ongoing work. The visual outcome: a brand-new MyRunway Brand Insights dashboard designed in Figma and implemented in Looker Studio, plus a rebuild of our existing Commercial Compass and Brand Insights reports with corrected metric formulas (CTR/CTSR), clean null handling, and proper brand/supplier drill-downs. Executives now trust the numbers on their screens which had not been true before. Working with them was notably smooth. The team ran Slack and Google Meet with weekly working sessions, and the PM kept a clear, prioritized backlog across remediation, net-new analytics, and cost optimization. When an unused legacy data stream turned out to have non-obvious Looker dependencies, they resolved it by instrumenting BigQuery logs and Looker references first, then executing a clean cross-system removal proactively, without waiting to be asked.The technical and design quality was strong. The engineers demonstrated strong command of Python, GCP, BigQuery, dbt, SQL, Terraform, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics. They also framed a pragmatic cross-cloud roadmap, keeping BigQuery as the warehouse while evaluating Amazon QuickSight for dashboarding and AI-assisted insights with secure cross-cloud connectivity.On top of the UX work, the platform hygiene (dbt refactors, legacy table removal, unused stream closure) delivered roughly a 65% reduction in operational costs.We would work with Reenbit again in fact, we already are.
