Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.

This company operates in violation of the law, calling numbers registered on the national DO NOT CALL list. The fact that people bother to register should be indication enough that your telemarketing calls are unwelcome.This is not the sign of a reputable company you should consider partnering with.

Scammers! The person calling posed as Customer Service representative for my ISP. I had recently placed an order with my ISP and the caller knew about it. The person demanded that I pay the entire amount now otherwise the order wouldn't process. I argued saying that the rep yesterday said I don't have to pay until the service gets started. To which he replied that that's not how it works and I have to pay now otherwise they will sue me. I said call me back in half an hour and I will have my payment information ready. I didn't answer when I got the call back.
