We run a SaaS platform for PR reporting. It’s our first time working with an external development team after years of in-house. We made the shift to get more flexibility and to have dedicated capacity for building out a suite of new features on top of our product. The work is R&D by nature, so specs change, and priorities shift. Clockwise Software has always been flexible about that and scaled up when we needed more people involved. What else stood out is the team's experience. Our codebase spans multiple services with a fair amount of legacy code. They have people who've clearly worked across different codebases before, and it showed in how quickly they got productive. Our engagement is ongoing. We launched the new features, ran a beta, and opened it up to the full market. ARPC has increased since launch, a clear sign to us that the work landed well with customers.

Hired them to build an AI feature on top of our internal system, basically an assistant so our team could ask questions and get info from our data instead of digging through it manually. Took about 8 weeks. Works exactly how we needed it to. Their team was upfront about the limitations early, which I actually respected.

IT Goat has been an amazing partner for my company and office building over the past 4+ years. From the original set up, to moving our headquarters, to day-to-day issues (which have been minimal thanks to them). They are extremely responsive, communicate very well, and have solved everything in a timely manner resulting in zero disruption to my business. We couldn't be more pleased with IT Goat.

I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt. The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most. One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release. What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.

My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered. One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software. My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes. After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.

We had been running a large part of our business through spreadsheets and a mix of different tools for years. We've grown past spreadsheets now. SoftDoes built a custom platform around the way our team actually works. That's probably what we appreciated most about working with them.

I would like to share feedback on the work of the specialists from Azati Software. Our teams jointly participated in the development of several different web applications. The projects had tight deadlines. The frontend development team from Azati quickly immersed themselves in the work and completed all assigned tasks within the established timeframe. It is a pleasure to work with a team that has well-developed not only hard but also soft skills. I sincerely look forward to further fruitful cooperation.

We had a fantastic experience working with wecode and using their premium ecommerce hosting platforms. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated professionalism and a deep understanding of the needs of a modern online store. The hosting platform provided is top-notch. Performance and stability are outstanding, which is essential to maintaining a fast and reliable online store. Regardless of the volume of traffic, our website runs smoothly, thanks to the strong infrastructure of cloud hosting, VPS and dedicated servers. This has had a positive impact on the user experience and, implicitly, on our sales.Another important aspect is the premium management. The technical support team responds quickly to any request. We needed assistance to optimize the performance and security of our site and were very satisfied with the solutions provided. Security is a major priority for us and we appreciated the proactive measures taken to protect our data and transactions. The functionalities offered by Magento 2 are extensive and very useful. Integration with various extensions and modules was simple and allowed us to customize the store exactly how we wanted. In addition, the migration and implementation services were carefully managed, minimizing any disruption to the store's operation.I highly recommend wecode to any business looking for a reliable partner and high-quality solutions.
