Have had nothing but great support from IntegriCom since we started working with them. Most recently I had an issue with the 'new' Microsoft Outlook email. Not sure what happened on my laptop but it made me reset my Microsoft password and set up Outlook again and then I had issues logging in and having 'denied access' messages. Luckily IntegriCom found the issue that was basically a conflict in my system causing the denied access. Just took giving them control/access of my laptop and I was back up and operational in 10 minutes. So appreciative of their support and responsiveness.

Wonnica was able to not only solve the issue in record time but gave me the steps to take in case it happens again! I thought for sure we would have to make a bank run today, but thanks to Wonnica's help my remote scanner is now working and we can directly deposit our checks into our account to show for the year end! Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend. Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality. If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.
