At PC Wizard IT Consulting, the way we work is by assigning a permanent pair of technicians for every client, as they will know the staff and unique requirements of the business better. Only in an emergency, with both techs unavailable, will we send a different technician over.
All of our techs that deal with customers are senior-level techs.

We are big on prevention of issues, rather than constantly chasing and reacting to them. As such, we work hard and continuously in the background, monitoring, patching, updating, securing and optimizing all the IT-related systems.

I have been to this repair shop several times for both an iPhone 8 and XR and I have always been extremely pleased with the service, repair, and price! The guy in the front is always very helpful, patient, and transparent as he explains what is needed. They’ve done both screen and battery replacements for me and the phones have been running great ever since :) "

I don’t know how to express how magical this place is. My MacBook Pro died and they were able to recover all the data onto an external hard drive for me for an extremely reasonable price and in less than 24 hours. My laptop is 8+ years old so the cost of replacing the motherboard made no sense, but I at least recovered all my data. I drove 25 minutes just to visit this place because everyone in the city center tried to rip me off. Don’t waste your time - make an appointment ASAP and get your *#%! fixed! "

These guys are great! They rescued my life. I occasionally broke wife's MacBook(screen was broken) and before she arrived I had started to search companies who can fix the laptop within a couple of hours. Fortunately I found these guys and they were able to replace a screen as soon as I brought it to their office. My problem was solved in record time and my wife didn't notice any issue. Definitely I would recommend this service. "
