When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. There aren’t enough good things to say about working with Cyber Protect and Chey Harden. These guys are the ‘good guys’ when it comes to protecting IT infrastructure. First, they take a very Human approach and listen while evaluating your needs. They answered questions and made me think about protecting my data differently and more effectively. They make multi-layered suggestions that offer a level of security beyond what I thought was possible. These guys are experts. I think it's rare today to find a personable organization with a customer-first mentality that combines experience and expertise.
