We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. When facing problems, the delay in getting assistance was frustrating and impacted the efficiency of our operations. The repair time for issues was unreasonably long. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. This lack of urgency was disappointing and hindered our ability to maintain a seamless workflow. We found the level of professionalism to be lacking Some people were ok, but some weren't. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok.I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this was not met.

LeeShanok - what an amazing team. Very thoughtful when it comes to clients time too! From the start of my problem to the end it took less than 10 minutes to correct (virus threat). Everyone is kind and professional - just a great cherry on top of the experience.

Leeshanok provides simple to understand and useful training sessions that can be accomplished over lunch. Both network and mobile device security considerations are presented in keeping up with the changing dynamics of internet security. And of course, they are available to meet the needs of your specific projects; all you have to do is ask for help.

Silverado Technologies,Old Pueblo Community Services continues to utilize Silverado's expertise for our internal projects, security, and networking needs. From the moment I engaged with Silverado, their commitment to excellence was evident. Their team didn't just offer solutions; they took the time to understand the unique challenges of my business and tailor-made strategies to address them. Their ability to blend technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs sets them apart in a crowded marketplace. But what truly sets Silverado apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Throughout every stage of our engagement, their team was responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in our success. Their collaborative approach fostered a sense of partnership, rather than a mere client-vendor relationship, which made the entire experience not only productive but enjoyable.Raul RamirezIT Manager
