The XO team is awesome. Their projects and implementation group is second to none. The support team is great - quick, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. Whenever there's a big problem, they work overtime to fix it, even if it's on the weekend, overnight, or a holiday. Joel, Nik, Greg, Irving, Ross, Saad, Robert, Mahender, and others are all all-stars. Highly recommend them for managed services in Los Angeles or Toronto (where their main offices are) or anywhere else. They're also great with new store/office installations, audits/consultations, cybersecurity, and Azure and Microsoft 365 services.

Extremely disappointed with this service center. My questions were completely ignored, and the staff showed no effort to understand the actual issue. It felt like they were more interested in making excuses than helping a customer. The lack of professionalism and basic competence is astonishing. Just spoke to Ben about defederating a domain and migrating among other subjects. Ben is extremely knowledgeable with how Godaddy and Microsoft 365 work. If anyone reading this has been to their webpage has seen that Teckpath is a Microsoft Gold Partner so anything Microsoft 365 they can handle! Ben was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is straight forward as well. I feel very confident using Teckpath in the future for both of my companies!
