The XO team is awesome. Their projects and implementation group is second to none. The support team is great - quick, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. Whenever there's a big problem, they work overtime to fix it, even if it's on the weekend, overnight, or a holiday. Joel, Nik, Greg, Irving, Ross, Saad, Robert, Mahender, and others are all all-stars. Highly recommend them for managed services in Los Angeles or Toronto (where their main offices are) or anywhere else. An absolutely outstanding company, owner and staff and top rate service; but a very long story. I retired a few years ago from a large organization with enterprise level Microsoft products which I got used to and depended on. In retirement, I decided I wanted the full suite of MS products, (TEAMs, Office, One Drive, Outlook etc.) and proceeded over time to subscribe privately, a mishmash of products, plans, free, paid for etc. I did not set up a domain, just a private individual. Eventually a nightmare of conflicts, products that did not synchronize, work together; conflicts everywhere, a disaster with One Drive and at least 5 emails my personal email and NFP board emails I belonged to. TEAMs was impossible to use with conflicts everywhere. All on an aging desktop computer with insufficient RAM. I had to sort out my MS life.I did a bit of an internet search and came across MyDware and cold called. Great first chat with a team member who connected me to MyDware owner Darryl Cresswell. He and I set a meeting. absolutely outstanding interaction! Darryl listened, asked insightful questions, validated my terrible experience of products not working together and explained why. While he let me know MYDware primarily serves businesses, given my predicament the company might be able to help sort me out. Sort me out they did! Efficiently, with outstanding customer service, communication, project updates regularly, the works! We agreed on my PC upgrade (laptop), then they procured it, loaded what I needed from MS, migrated my one Drive files, every last one of them (600 GB's worth), consolidated my 5+ emails into a single outlook, obtained my new domain for me, set me up, so all the migration and integration would work, and...delivered my new laptop to my home, bundled, set up, loaded with my needed MS products, all activated, plugged in every cable, and updated me on the "helpdesk" customer support plan available to me going forward if I had incidental issues with my printer or new software I might acquire over time.I recognize MyDware is small, medium sized business focused, but if you as a business are having problems like I was as a single user, they are outstanding to work with; good listeners, problem solvers, excellent on creating simplifying solutions, keep their word, are outstanding on deliverables and timelines, remarkably well priced and deliver personalized, attentive service which you don't find these days.An outstanding experience with Darryl and his entire team, the whole experience was one of over delivery! Everything MyDware said they could and would do they did and more.My absolute thanks to Darryl for his personal hands on approach as owner and his whole team for the work they did for me on this integration, data migration and synchronization project and a hardware upgrade I desperately needed.My thanks to Darryl and the team for an outstanding experience, I offer here my highest recommendation for readers to consider making the call, explaining your chaos and preferred state and let MyDware loose on the problem!
