  I greatly appreciate the opportunity to know Tyson B. and the whole group at Equinox. As someone who is "tech illiterate" I genuinely appreciate the trustworthy advice and guidance they give. They had reviewed an old laptop of mine that had crashed. Rather than try to upsell they gave me honest options and guidance that others did not give. You can know with confidence your IT needs will be met with superior customer service and knowledge. They put the WOW factor into the industry.
