The Vice President (Anthony Merulla) of the company seems to make potential clients feels that it is a privilege to work with them, and he refused to sign our NDA on multiple occasions but wanted to discuss details of our project. His team didn’t seem to be on the same page while conducting business over the phone. We were highly disappointed in his lack of professionalism and don’t recommend doing business with them unless they learn to value their potential clients and have a team that is more in harmony when conducting business.

A very practical ERP for construction companies. We especially liked the site management and project tracking features. It gives us better visibility of what is happening across our projects and saves a lot of manual work.

I’ve been working with Techno Tackle as a publishing consultant for their upcoming books, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. There are so many things Techno Tackle does brilliantly, truly 11 out of 10. Their communication is clear and thoughtful, tasks are completed efficiently, and working with them feels genuinely freeing. Ideas and suggestions are not just heard but deeply respected and appreciated. There is complete freedom in the way work is handled. There is no micromanagement. Responsibility is clearly defined and trusted. This clarity in communication and ownership makes the entire process simple, smooth, and stress free. One thing that stands out strongly is professionalism. Payments are always on time, often even before the deadline. That level of integrity builds immense trust and confidence.I have also had conversations with a few team members, and hearing about the company culture feels almost unreal. The happiness, contentment, and work life balance they experience are rare and inspiring. It truly feels like an out of the world experience to hear how aligned and fulfilled people feel working at Techno Tackle.I am genuinely excited to be part of this book journey as a publishing consultant, and much of what I am experiencing traces back to the foundation built by Bala Vishnu. He has been a phenomenal founder and the driving force behind this culture, clarity, and excellence.I am deeply grateful for this opportunity. More power to Bala. He is setting a powerful example, and I am certain he will inspire many entrepreneurs in the years to come.
