I don't know much about computers. My husband asked me to call for estimates while he is at work. I called to have a power jack replaced. The lady that answered the phone told me that isn't a part they normally carry and told me to call Interstate Battery because they sell universal chargers. I again told her that the jack or port needed replaced and she told me that means the motherboard needs replaced and told me it would cost over $500 to replace the power jack. I just got an estimate from AME Computers for $110. I was looking for a place that knows more about computers than I do, this is definitely not it. Very disappointed in this place and will NEVER use this place.

Our company has been with RunNetworks for over 7 years now, and they have been the best IT team we have ever worked with. They're great at making sure we understand all of the policies and security measures they recommend or enforce, as well as keeping us informed with standard changes in the security industry. Their support team members are extremely courteous and professional as well and we never feel like, as a smaller company, we get put on the backburner like previous companies we used.
