The set up of our website was super quick. Our support person Jamie was very responsive. When our marketing person left the organization and there were broken links on our homepage, Jamie stepped in and fixed the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend thinkitfirst!

I have worked with designers and design firms in Pittsburgh, Seattle, and New York, and I have never worked with more talented, attentive, or innovative designers. While I was running Pittsburgh Public Theater, they crafted the artwork for all of our shows over three seasons and executed a full rebrand for us that was not only thoughtful, imaginative, and beautifully crafted but was incredibly forward-thinking, creating a reflection of not only who we were but who we were becoming. Their turnaround is wildly fast, and their responsiveness and collaborative spirit is refreshing and earnest. Somehow they manage to embrace feedback, integrate notes, and still maintain the integrity of their vision and work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am very happy to have found OpenSource Technologies. I had an issue with an existing website which was based on an old oscommerce platform and was running on a deprecated version of PHP. Because I have multiple sites I was unable to change platforms with my existing host or my site would go down. Therefore I needed to install a new Ecommerce platform and needed some development time without my site going down during that time. Both Vikas and Minash were great about installing my new platform OpenCart 3 and providing a temporary development server to build my site which was going to take a few weeks. They were knowledgeable as I navigated the the new platform and very responsive to questions and suggestions. I am happy with my new site which is now live and thank them for making the project a lot easier than I thought it would be. I highly recommend them and thank them for working on my project.
