Extremely disappointing experience as a former employee. While the owner responded to my original review with personal deflection, let me clarify the actual situation for anyone reading this. When I joined, the company had 20+ employees; by the time I left, only 2–4 remained. That kind of attrition doesn't happen without serious issues at the top. The core problem lies in poor leadership, lack of clear vision, and obsessive micromanagement. Rather than focusing on company growth, the management spent more time controlling and criticizing employees than empowering them. Innovation and autonomy were discouraged, and decisions were driven by ego, not strategy. I led my team with integrity and professionalism, but it’s impossible to thrive in an environment where leadership neither listens nor evolves. The owner's comment about “direct report feedback” is ironic, given how quickly most of them left. If you're considering working here, take the turnover rate seriously—it reflects deeper, systemic problems.
