I was connected with Rod at Splurge Media through a mutual social media friend. I had a litany of bad experiences with past webmasters and was feeling very cautious in establishing a new relationship. I am, additionally, a dinosaur with such things. I entered this new relationship extremely guarded due to the past experiences. Rod and his team were EXTREMELY patient, offering both much more in their time and talent than one client deserves. And unlike past webmasters, they produced a modern, high-quality page that actually worked! We have since worked together on two additional pages, the last of which involved a complete rebranding of my consulting services business, including logo and supporting graphic material. They contributed significantly to improving the overall marketing, are exceptionally responsive to minor edits or glitches that arise, and each month I receive a report that explains each back-up, outage, off-normal event, and other information that now allows me to test marketing and outreach approaches. They also went over and above expectations in the final layout, the addition of a video element, and several other things that have improved the site, its ranking, and has generated very positive customer feedback. I am still a dinosaur, and they are still exceptionally patient. And competent. And professional. I've recommended them often and will continue to do so. I expect Splurge Media to be the last web design and maintenance team I will ever engage. As a solopreneur, it feels SO GOOD to never have another worry about the websites.

Well Chris might be a nice guy, the rest of his staff is a revolving door, they take days to get back to you pertaining to updates, if they get back to you at all. When I canceled their services because they didn't get back to me, and they didn't perform the updates that they told me they would do, they then shut off my Google ad without ever telling me. The Google ad that I pay the budget for, and after paying a monthly fee for their services for those ads. The fact they didn't even tell me, cost our business potentially thousands of dollars. As much as his attitude might be great, they burned my company, and we may never come back. Be very careful.

We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.
