Alyson has helped me to grow my business tremendously. She is extremely patient with my indecisiveness and fixes things when I change my mind and need them fixed as well as being very timely with her responses. I am recommending her to everybody that I know that needs help with their website or just a website built altogether. She can handle it all. I'm excited to see what work we can get going on in the future as I continue to build my residential and commercial cleaning company. Not only has she helped build my website, but she's also helped me make forms for my new employees such as applications, surveys and anything that I need she is there to help. After MANY years of working with Mad Genius, with nothing but the most satisfactory results, I am disappointed that they have succumbed to the "Artificial Intelligence" craze, and have a machine that "answers" the phone. It's "cute", but it's also a poor excuse for someone with a heartbeat. I'm pretty sure they still offer excellent services, but how will I know? One can never know if the call that gets dropped is one that will "make their day"...! "Human Intelligence" is still preferred by most folks I know..!!
