I may not be fully aware of the overall company culture at Dtruetech, but my experience with the recruitment process was disappointing and unprofessional.I was contacted by HR (Shreya Tiwari) for an interview, where I clearly explained my experience. The interview was scheduled at 7:00 PM, and I joined on time. The process involved three interview rounds, which together took almost 3 hours. I cleared all the rounds professionally and participated with full commitment.After the interviews, I was informed that I was shortlisted and would receive confirmation within 2–3 days, as other candidates were also being evaluated. After following up, I was reassured again that I was selected and was asked to wait for another week.However, upon following up again regarding the joining details, I was surprised to be told that an HR acquaintance of hers was also looking for a job and might be considered instead. This raised serious concerns about transparency and fairness in the hiring process.Candidates invest significant time, energy, and effort—especially in lengthy interview processes. Clear communication and honest closure are essential. If a position is intended for an internal reference, candidates should be informed upfront rather than being kept on hold with repeated assurances.I hope the company reflects on this experience and improves its recruitment practices to ensure professionalism, fairness, and respect for candidates’ time.
