Additionally, I was surprised by her comments about my career transitions, especially since her profile suggests similar patterns. The session was further marred by poor etiquette, such as answering phone calls during the interview. As someone with extensive experience in recruitment, I expected a higher standard of professionalism from a company like Denave. This experience has raised concerns about their commitment to a candidate-focused hiring process.
