I approached Scube to run ads for our ecommerce business after seeing lots of good reviews and recommendations of them. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the biggest mistake we could’ve made, costing us thousands of dollars and they were unable to generate a single sale for us. Based on their projections we were expecting $46k in sales in month 1 and $50k in month 2. After 6 weeks of working with them we had zero sales, thousands in ad spend and three invoices in agency fees all billed in one go. Our ads manager also quit half way through and we had their Team Manager in Lithuania try to manage our account. NOTE: Following legal threats of defamation this review has been updated.

I was there at Perceptive Analytics for a while. During that time I had the opportunity to work with the CEO very closely. The man built the company from ground up all by himself. He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I have worked at Perceptive Analytics for approximately 10 months and my time at the company was awesome, to say the least. I have learnt a lot about sales and marketing which will be helpful for me going ahead. I have interacted with many clients and potential clients as well, and I got to learn a lot from these interactions. I also had a lot of freedom to experiment in my role, which was instrumental in enhancing my experience. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me. The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible. All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion. The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though. I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.

In a year with only 20 hours of effort a month we went from getting an average position of 45 with 1,500 impressions and 8 clicks a day; to an average position of 30 with 10,000 impressions and 18 clicks a day. The implementation of a theme was previously botched by another company and Smile Media was able to come in and work on fixing those issues while still focusing on SEO boosting.
