We collaborated with Closeloop Technologies to work with our staff in order to scale up the programme. An whole agile team is provided by Closeloop Technologies to participate in our programme. At first, we gave them the data in hopes that they would aid in our execution. They have combined Spring Boot, JavaScript, and AWS cloud technologies. The platform is a value stream and full-suite insurance lifecycle. It is an internal iterative software programme.Working with Closeloop Technologies is simple. They pick up new roles rapidly and possess agile team abilities that are industry standard. Services that had been slow or unavailable for weeks had to be brought back up. We must bring back our vital business role. After learning about our issue, the Closeloop project manager assigned a senior database specialist to address it. Our main programmer had a direct conversation with the database specialist of Closeloop after they listened to our problem and asked some follow-up questions. Within less than two hours, the solution to our issue had been verified and implemented.

We occasionally utilize outsourced resources to increase our team's ability to satisfy the commercial demands of our clients. This time, my goal was to create and enhance the products we were providing to clients. Their engineers joined our own team to work on the project, creating MetaTrader-based software for our traders. They assisted us in creating and refining a suite of services that give our clients more functionality; up until that point, the solution had been erratic and unconventional. Their most recent endeavor was the development of an income trading module. We employed a scrum methodology with sprint deliverables and agile planning. Along with narrative points, we also used our in-house bug tracking application for project and task management. Everything was really accurate.

wdi took the vision we had and turned it into something even better. They built this incredibly detailed app that lets users filter hotels based on things like airport transfers, car services, or other specific amenities. Travelers can also quickly spot deals or limited-time offers with just a glance. One of the coolest parts is how the app keeps guests updated when theyre checked into a hotel - whether it's on-site events or nearby activities, theyll get notifications straight to their phone. The feedback system they added is a game-changer. Guests can send questions or share thoughts right from their rooms, and they get notified the moment theres a response.

We had many very clear outcomes and timelines based on our needs that were identified before the project began. They provided regular updates and progress reports via email and virtual meetings throughout the project. Typically in two-week sprints.
