Just completed a website scrape-and-replace, a from-scratch endeavor, starting with Discovery and Scope, including b-to-b copywriting on industry-specific segments and jargon, photography, videography and more. I met with the designer once he was nice but never heard from them again. Promised to deliver logo in 3 weeks after 3 weeks I called and he had nothing to show me. Could not provide a receipt for my deposit so I waited until they could to pay. Never got called for a receipt. Will not return calls. I literally have cash in hand and they can't produce a receipt or a logo. After over a month of calling once or twice a week im missing valuable advertising time due to their failure to deliver.
