I hired WPExperts for a custom WooCommerce project involving a fairly unusual fabric-yardage inventory system. I needed customers to shop using familiar fractional yardage such as ¼, , ½ and 1 yards, while WooCommerce stored inventory internally in whole-number -yard units so that the system would also be compatible with a future POS. The team was very willing to understand the requirements, adjust the implementation as the project evolved, and work through detailed testing with me. They customized the Product Quantity functionality across the product page, cart, checkout, orders, invoices, packing lists, inventory messaging, and other areas of WooCommerce. I was particularly pleased with their responsiveness to testing feedback. When I found display or usability issues on staging, they addressed them and continued refining the implementation until the customer-facing and fulfillment experience worked the way I needed it to. This was not a simple off-the-shelf configuration, and I appreciated their patience and willingness to find a workable solution rather than trying to force my business into a standard setup. Im very happy with the finished customization and would work with WPExperts again.
