  My experience with iMark Infotech was extremely disappointing.The most serious issues occurred during a server migration project that resulted in website outages, email disruptions, and significant operational problems for my businesses. These issues consumed a substantial amount of time and created avoidable stress and business disruption.What concerned me most was the lack of accountability after the problems occurred. Despite raising my concerns multiple times, I did not receive what I felt was an appropriate response, meaningful resolution, or acknowledgment of the impact these issues had on my businesses.I also experienced billing inaccuracies that required correction and found communication increasingly frustrating throughout the engagement. When concerns were raised, I often felt they were dismissed rather than properly addressed.In addition, I paid for LinkedIn lead generation services that failed to produce meaningful results. The campaign eventually appeared to stop without clear communication or notification, leaving me questioning what work was being performed and why progress had stalled.I understand that technical problems can happen with any company. However, how a company responds to those problems is what matters most. Unfortunately, my experience was characterized by poor communication, lack of accountability, and unresolved issues.Based on my experience, I would not recommend iMark Infotech and would encourage business owners to carefully evaluate other options before making a decision.

  Scammers – Stay Away!IMark Infotech is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They took the payment but delivered absolutely nothing. Endless excuses, zero results, and no accountability. They waste your time, money, and trust. Do yourself a favor and avoid working with them at all costs.
