Great Place to Grow and Learn – 6 Wonderful Years at Tatvasoft!I had the opportunity to work at Tatvasoft as a QA for 6 years, and it was truly a rewarding and enriching experience. Throughout my time there, I learned so much – not only in terms of technical skills but also in understanding best practices, teamwork, and professionalism.I'm grateful for the opportunities and support I received during my time at Tatvasoft. After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

If you have another offer in hand then please don't choose Tatvasoft. More pollitics not employee friendly environment no festival celebration no facilities.Even not good colleagues.Management is also biased, they only listen to higher authorities like managers vp.
