we needed to make a model that highlights innovation and cutting-edge capabilities for the next version of our AI product and create and submit a clickable prototype for the next-generation platform of MOJO-CX. This dynamic system is designed to actively interact with, evaluate, and adjust in response to interactions with customers and employees. The platform's ability to listen, react, and learn should be demonstrated by the prototype, showcasing how well user feedback is integrated into the system. By incorporating these ideas, the prototype hopes to offer a concrete sneak peek at the improved usability and cutting-edge features that the new MOJO-CX platform will bring in its developing position as an interactive and flexible solution for both clients and staff.Iterative refining is possible because to the incremental delivery of a clickable prototype in discrete stages. Our tech team consisted of just two devs and one designer, and we have a React web platform, React Native app, and Node JS API. Thus, we employed Designotion. Every morning, we conducted standup meetings after which we worked to make our platform better.The project is overseen by an internal tech lead. We've been receiving assistance from Designotion in building websites from scratch for iOS and Android. In accordance with our specifications, their staff is assisting us in developing a user-friendly website and adding new features. Functionality-wise, users utilize the website's virtual wallet to scan their gift cards and retrieve information from the company that issued the card, including the remaining credit balance. In the event that a user needs more money than what is left on their gift cards, they can also set up a backup payment option on the website to finish their transaction. The goal is to use QR codes to make the procedure seamless.We're currently added some functionality to the website to make it expectional, so it's ready to users , but I'm really happy with Designotion's work.When a situation has arisen, Designotion has been open and communicative. It's also wonderful that they keep within budget. We use email, text messaging, Asana, Trello, and Google Meet as tools.
