Ramez from Lightspace Creative responded very quickly and was very polite and gave out a very positive vibe. I was pleasantly surprised when at the end of the project, Ramez came back and told me he had completed the job in a fraction of the time. Mike Ecker is brilliant. I went to him with a very small project and said that I wanted my picture and a QR code on the material, that was the only information I gave him. While they don't see the same number of roles as some of the bigger companies, they do tend to get jobs with higher pay rates than some of the other staffing agencies - and definitely advocate for the talent when it comes to dealing with clients.
