After submitting my resume for a position I found on ZipRecruiter- I recieved a call from May- the position/Company I applied for was using Confident Staffing to fill a position.May called very confident I would fit the needs of the position. I worked with M+P about 4-5 years ago and had a great experience. I was brought in for an interview, was contacted multiple times throughout the process about jobs and ended up in a position that lasted up until last year. The staff was super helpful and personable. They even sent me a card on my birthday.I don't know if it's due to COVID or staff changes, but when I reached out in October, I had a completely different experience. The recruiter I was matched with missed multiple phone screen meetings with me and couldn't manage to call my correct phone number. (not someone you want in your corner when searching for a job)I was moved to someone else and did an initial phone screen, and I haven't heard from anyone from M+P in almost 4 months. This is disappointing since they really brand themselves as being different from most recruitment agencies, and in my past experience this was the case. So far, I haven't gotten even a status update.I understand the job market is much different now than it was a few years ago, but from a customer service perspective, I am not impressed with how I've been treated this time around. Now that I've been ghosted, I can add M+P to the list of agencies that see me as a number and not a person.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know
